The voucher is for all non discounted products and for new customers only

Choose the products you want on Lentiamo and add them to your shopping cart. At checkout, look for the promotional-code field, enter the code exactly as shown, and apply it before completing payment. The discount should appear in the order summary. If it does not work, check the minimum spend, eligible products, country restrictions, and whether another promotion is already applied.

Coupon codes listed on reputable voucher websites should be checked against Lentiamo’s checkout before you place an order. A valid code normally produces an immediate discount or confirms the promotion after you select “apply.” Read the offer conditions carefully, because some codes are limited to new customers, selected brands, specific product categories, or particular Lentiamo websites and currencies.

Yes, Lentiamo promotions may have a fixed end date, limited availability, or conditions such as a minimum order value. Some offers cannot be combined with other discounts and may exclude certain brands, clearance items, gift cards, or delivery charges. If a code has expired, has reached its usage limit, or is not valid in your region, the checkout will usually reject it.

Lentiamo generally provides several payment methods, which can vary according to the destination country and the local version of its website. Common options may include payment by card, online payment services, bank transfer, or cash on delivery where available. Delivery charges and estimated arrival times are shown during checkout, so review them before applying a coupon or confirming your order.

Using a Lentiamo coupon normally does not remove your statutory or store return rights, but the returned item must meet the applicable conditions. Products are generally expected to be unused, complete, and returned within the stated period, while hygiene-sensitive items may have special exclusions once opened. If a partial return changes the order total, Lentiamo may recalculate the promotional discount or refund.
